we were let of vv late tdae. no. it shld b our "normal" dismissal time oreadi..for e holidaes at least. HAIX. every training 4 hrs.. netball trianing was beta..coz we hav 1 hr lesser 2 trian. hehe. thank godness it was raining or we will b continuing those trianings again..lolx. did some circuits. dere was 1 wit some rolling kinda excersie. its was quite diff..n e coach iz lik keep looking at miie lah. everytime i do she oso sae miie. shimins even worse lah[NO OFFENCE] but she didnt even scold her once lorr. she lik keep picking on miie lah. i noe i vvv lousy in netball, oso no nid 2 b liddat de rite?? after e rain had stopped we went out do e 3 row thing lik thurs..heng we r not forced 2 b shooter again arhx. shooter so damn cham lah. keep downing if u nv jump..but those pros got e ball in so no nid lor.we hav some competition again. sian lor. no court game again lah. last time we hav it every triaining. too bad 4 us. coach-less still beta. we ran 6 laps n did e stretches b4 we r dismissed. i walked wit serern n shimin 2 lot 1 but i realised tt i didnt tak maii uniform. lolx. tt time was serern whu 4got 2 tak her wallet. when i go back e coach iz still dere n some ppl. guess its e shooters? shld b. i wasnt e shooter oreadi. so gd lahh. dunoe y tt time xindi wan miie b shooter. maii shooting SUCKS lik hell can! if i m still e shooter nid come at 2 which means trianing starts earlier. n ends LATER den its supposed 2 b. hmm. so mani disadvantages..lolx. when e went back dey r still at e bridge[gd! nv bang seh miie]. lolx. dey were toking bout some goong sences etc..n btw ser erns going tuition! lolx. eng de leh. her 1st lesson. kan bu chu lai she nid go rite. hehe. hehe. eating maii lunch now. HUNGRY!!! lolx. went netball juz now. netball trianing iz getting tougher isnt it? y m i owaes getting e feeling tt i wana vomit?? maii bodys weak tts y. arms r so cold lahh. cold sweat?!? other ppl felt hot but i feel cold. abnormal!! i really dun feel lik going lorr. e coach oso kan wo men bu shun yan. so WTH lah. nv plae court game lorr. den do some weird trianing. den e non shooter oso nid 2 shoot. somemore muz catch e ball in e air regardless it went in or not. diao. lah. nv jump down 5. siao de rite. nv throw properly oso down. or else re-throw. heng i oni down once arhx. den e throwers so ke lian lah. keep getting pulled by the coach. we do tt 4 lik so damn long can? after some competition thing den do 200 skips 4 e team tt lose do 300. stomach pain. hav stitches. lata run 6 laps again. we r lik oreadi sweating PROFUSELY le lah. still do. n she nv let us off on time lorr. its lik so late so lah. diao. let us off a bit earlier oso cannot meh? so NIAO. lolx. den i accompany ser ern go buy her lunch. she so shiok lor.. can go watch movie. miie leh??
